Making A Purchase
Making an order is simple. Simply click on the “Buy Now” button below each product – this will take you to a PayPal payments page where you will be able to pay for your goods using credit/debit cards or bank account.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling. When payment has been made, your order is confirmed. If the item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible (usually by email) to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
Postage and Packing
Postage is £2.50 for all UK and EU orders. Unfortunately, postage will have to be charged via a separate invoice at present. If it is included in the price, your payment details would not be secure.
For all countries outside the EU, postage is £10.00
We will normally send your order to you in 3 -5 days business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email immediately and given the option to cancel the order should you not wish to wait until the item is back in stock.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Please return goods in perfect condition within two weeks for a refund.
We are unable to refund patterns.

Up Knit Creek does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Goods can be returned, if you are not completely happy, within two weeks of purchase and in perfect condition.Please note that this does not include patterns which can only be returned if they are faulty.
